STAY AWAY!!! My mother was taken there for rehab following back surgery and four days later she was dead. She was 72 and was fairly good heath when she was transferred from the hospital and and the 3rd day following her admission a nurse told my father that she sounded like she sounded like she was wheezing so she put her on oxygen, without a Doctor's exam or order nor was and exam or order preformed the following day after she was placed on oxygen and the next night she died. An inspection conducted by the department of aging and disability service preformed an inspection of the facility following her death and found seven violations including over medication and providing medication without a Doctor's order. We still are awaiting the toxicology results from the Medical Examiners office.
