Aids have no skills in observing a change in resident status. It is not their job. When you visit to put your family member there…you are so impressed. My suggestion is that you spend a day there….go up to the rooms and talk to the residents and the family members that visit…..they can give you a lot of information. So many family members visit daily. THEY HAVE TO. Beautiful place, nice people work there……but they just do there job..and that is it….Nobody notices anything……AAAAAH. I havent cried in a long time. I have since I have started going there. I tell as many people as I can..go there for a short term stay for therapy..otherwise……if you can't fend for yourself..stay away!!!,!
Oh..and if there is a condition change..you better call the doctor to make sure they follow up. Here it takes days to resolve issue…reactionary environment..not preventative
