i would rate this place a 2 , meals are unhealty for a person with renal failure & congestive heart failure, When my mom refused to have a male attendant change her she was left wet till the next shift came in, it took 2 1/2 days before we could get some one to bath her. these are just a few occurrences during her stay. Just to set the record straight I did have a conference call with the Administrator and Director of Nurses, and was given the opportunity to express my concerns. Although I felt when speaking to them, they were on the defensive about my concerns, and I never received a follow up call on any of the concerns I expressed .
The Director of Nurse said that if I had any more concerns to feel to call, I did but never they were nrver avaliable.
The Therapist – this aspect of her stay was great. I was amazed on how much my mom had improved in such a short time.
