Winerhaven was very disappointing. Close to home but not what we expected. Not good with turning bed bound patients, not good with wound care. Not consistent in their treatment. Nurses not as aware as they should be with patients. Some staff will only respond if you notify upper management. Would not recommend for a bed bound patient. Also, it has a tendency to smell at times, especially on the weekends.
