This place is not the coorect place to let a relative. When you arrive everything looks like in the fantasy island, "everything is posible" but when you left your relative alone there thing change. The CNA staff is the worst, the are aggresives, full of bad attitudes, uncompassionates, without a little charity, the only are there to receive their payment checks every month. They dont even know the meaning of care, compassion, they lack of professionalism, not have at least a little respect for the patient dignity, they dont care to protect patient privacy, didnt respond on time to patient calls for help or assistance, some times took more than two hours for a response specially if during this shift there is a CNA called Anita, she is the living example of the worst, she always took more than an hour to respond, and when she did it always with a bad attitude, you can note on her face that shes very upset because the patient call. The administration not to good, alway trying to pretend that everything is obut isnt. The administrator, Mr Jay is only a seal, never resolve aniting but is always apologizing of the bad workmof the nurses, thats the only he do there offerin appologies to the complaints.
