My mother-in-law was a resident of this facility for 14 days and those were possibly the worst 14 days of her 88 years. They lost her passy muir valve which allowed her to speak and eat and didn't replace it for 5 days. She was left in her own waste so long the acid literally ate the skin off from her lower back to her buttocks and more. She contracted pneumonia from not being suctioned and was completely ignored. This facility lied to the facility she was transferred to saying she had no open wounds. Suffice it to say that I would not allow these people to ever take care of another human being or aminal I loved. Worst I've ever seen.
