Since my mother's placement @ Woodwind her health has declined considerably. Her clothing is changed WEEKLY. Her food is shoved in front of her and no one helps her cut/stir, uncover, etc. Had a difficult time finding staff that was capable of opening her medical chart and tell me what medications she is on. Very Unhappy with this placement choice. This was the most difficult decision of my life to place my mother in skilled nursing care. I whole heartedly regret this placement. Seeking desperately for a facility that will care for my mother in an appropriate manner.

This is THE worst place I have ever seen.. There is no communication amongst the staff… my mother was struck by a car and suffered multiple broken bones and wounds, she has missed follow up appoinments for wound care due to the negligence of these people, she skips therapy for days at a time and her food is left in her room while they know she cannot feed herself properly, I even had to feed a resident whom I had never met before because she could barely move. This place should be shut down to say the LEAST!!!!! Horrific, disgusting, pitiful facility. I wouldnt wish this on my WORST ENEMY!!! Im calling the dept of health!!!
