The care my husband received at The Forum was first rate. We could not have made a better choice for his final days. While we did initially have some concerns about night shifts, they were addressed and resolved quickly. Our one problem with the difficult caregiver (not employed by The Forum!) of a roommate was handled immediately, and to our great satisfaction.
We found the meals to be excellent with a wide variety of choices and a lovely presentation served by a kind and professional staff.
I regret that we are asked not to name individuals as we were treated so well by so many, and with greatest kindness, care, humor, affection, and empathy by several exemplary individuals. I trust they know who they are.
My husbad was a patient at The Forum for a total of 89 days. I wish I could say they were all good days; but be assured, the ones that were not were not the fault of this facility.
