I would give zero but it won't let me. My loved one has been here for several months. In a nut shell..the aides don't have what they need to do their job. They are always running out of supplies. Residents suffer as they run out of diapers wipes etc. They got rid of cloth under pads that were laundered. I got some half a__ reason why. It was prob too much for on site laundry staff. Also not all nurse s know how to admin medication. SOMETIMES THEY RUN OUT OF MEDICINE.Call bell response time slow. TAKES FOREVER TO GET HELP AT TIMES.I Know someone that waits a couple hrs sometimes..Also residents are dirty. The halls smell of urine e and poop. I do not feel like dir of nursing and admin care. We are actively looking to get our loved one out of here. Staff leave as they are over worked and short staffed. Each culture helps within that culture.lack teamwork. EVERY TIME I visit my loved one needs changed. I changed my mind I will give one star as some staff do care. Management does NOT.
