I have a family member here who has been to the hospital complaining of heart problems several times since becoming a resident. She constantly tells me how the staff are dismissive of her complaints, and that she's left alone in her room for hours. I brought up her greivances to the Administrator and was told, basically; "If you don't like how I run things, take your business elsewhere." I shall, and I recommend anyone else who has family there does as well.
