Very poor care. The staff is not at all helpful. You have to ask for things when needed and it takes forever to get anything. They let my sister sit in soiled diapers for many, many hours and then lie about it. I even started marking the diapers to catch them in the lies because they would argue with me about her being changed. This facility is not up to par and the staff could care less about anything. They are there to have a good time in the break room and not care for the patients. A facility that has patients to take care of should monitor how many people than go to lunch/dinner at one time so that there is help at all times for the care of patients. When I had to interrupt their good time, they got really mad at me and I just stood there until they got up to do their job. Useless people. The administrator needs to care about the people that they hire. Just not a good place to take anyone too!
