Your facility has not received very supportive reviews. You need to start with your staff environment. Your quality is very low and you need to take a closer look at management, not a positive environment at all. An overhaul is in order to make this a high quality, profitable facility. I hold a Master's in Health Care with LTC emphasis and after reviewing your facility, there is little to be desired about your management.
