If there is a minus 10, that is what I would rate this place. There are a whole lot more than 3 residents now. There are 4 aids to the floor of about 60 beds, no med aides and nurses who you can't understand. The are is atrocious. They do vital signs as needed and lab work only as ordered by the physician. The physicians come once every 3 months and I have yet to meet the one assgned to my mother. Two days in a row this week, I have found her and her bed soaked and her lying in urine. Yesterday, her toilet filled with feces had not been flushed from at least 2 pm to 6 pm. And after they finally got it flushed after 6 times, housekeeping was not there to clean the toilet, which was still nasty. I had to clean it. Feces was also on the visitor bathroom floor as well on on the wheel of my mother's wheelchair.
