My mom was a resident for 3 months at this nursing home. She had three blood stream infections from neglect at this nursing home. She also was given antipsychotics without family knowledge which caused adverse reaction. Mom lost her eyesight and hearing from these meds. They were given to her to control her deliriums from the blood infections. Nursing home refused to remove these meds. Each infection they sent her to a different hospital. Mom had her chosen hospital. When family questioned there treatment the nursing home complained to the Courts. Court was brought in and a Court appointed non family member was placed. Someone who never knew my mom before. Mom died within 6 months from their lies and coverup. Mom was her for rehab of a strained back.

I would like to add that I am in the medical field and would like to say that the most vulnarable of residents those who cannot do for themselves are the most neglected at this nursing home. They are left in their beds, wheelchairs and ignored. They are more likely not to send them to the hospital when sick due to the lack of funding for the nursing home while the resident is away. When complaints are made the staff retaliates on the resident and the family. As long as every thing runs smoothly then they are as nice as they can be. But find yourself in a situation and all hell breaks loose. Families beware before placing your loved one here or in any Nursing home I have found that most respond this way.
