The facility is so clean and the hospitality is amazing. The staff was helpful and took great care of my Dad. They were very professional and compassionate. I recommend La Vida Serena Nursing and Rehabilitation not only for the amazing nursing team but the Therapy team was phenomenal. They had all therapy specialties in the building. They immediately started therapy and the improvement was amazing. Thank you La Vida Serena Staff!
