Agree 100% with this review. I believe the staff genuinely wants to give good care to patients, but they are overworked/understaffed and services are promised that do not exist. There is a lingering urine/feces smell from incontinent patients. If your loved one still has a good sense of smell, this is probably a deal-breaker.
