We have continuous problems with staff saying they will
fix things, and are very nice, but it never gets done.
Our patient is a diabetic, and even though she has filled
out meal request, have contacted dieatician, even the Doc.
has made request, she continues to not get what she ordered
and stuff she cannot eat. One night she vomited for two hours,
had low blood sugar. She had her light on for two hours with
no one coming to help. She had to call home so we could call the home and get her help. In most things she is unable to help herself.
