I believe that there is a positive and a negative in everything. Greenhills has more negative in my Opinion!They lack key aspects in operating a business and giving a home to others. The staffs' attitude needs vast improvement, the failure to pay attention to detail rather it be small or large and lack of communication in ALL areas. A postive that this building has would be…….well, I cant seem to find one!

This place is a disgrace to Green Hills and frankly I am surprised that they are still in business. This is something would be expected out in the country without daily supervision from the government or maybe a 3rd world country. The furniture is old and filthy. The smell reminds me of the old state mental hospitals. The nurses NEVER do anything. My mother in law sat on the toilet one day for 29 minutes until someone came to help her. My mother in law is a bit nutty and cut the ankle alarm off of my father in law because he has Alzheimers and it alerts them if he gets on the elevator. Well I called and told the nurse and she acted like it was a prank call! She acted like I made it up! We have had to have our daughter go up there every day to bathe them as they only bathe their patients twice a week! Are you kidding me? They serve dinner in the rooms which is terrible they should force the patients who are able to go to a dining area so they can socialize and not feel isolated. But I guess if they socialized they might get together and go after the staff like One Flew Over the cuckoo's Nest… Hmmm maybe I will take that movie up there and play it in every room! Hopefully the right person will come in there and make a needed change, or changes. We are transferring our in laws this week to a better facility. Heck sending them back home to fend for themselves would be better and probably safer than this hellhole.
