We were extremely happy with The Highlands, especially after 2 very poor experiences at Bright Glade and Primacy. The staff is outstanding - very concerned and caring, and the communication they provide is excellent. the facility is clean and doesn't have the strong urine odor of the others, and it's a good, central location. They actually seem to care.
