they do not have enough help and the help they have is underpaid and over worked no way the residents getting the care they need then the assist DON a long with other bosses talk to the employs and residents very rude and disrespectful they need to shut the doors or hire good help raise their pay and then see how well that works for the residents a happy staff makes for a better place for the elder.
