pathetic care for your loved ones. nursing staff unconcerned, inept, abrasive and incompetent. rehab puts on a marginal show, but really substandard, particularly with regards to speech therapy and OT, whatever that is…the dietary department apparently does not have any idea of what a diabetic should eat, bringing fried chicken, potatoes, corn and a roll. The social worker smiles in person, but does not answer telephone calls. Telephone calls in general are placed on hold, and no one ever answers. Held the line for over ten minutes once before hanging up in frustration.
