Northhaven is an older facility but they provide excellent care for the staffing they have.( I am in healthcare myself so I always think we should have a better CNA/patient ratio.). If I find out someone has a family member or friend that is going to Northhaven in Knoxville, I always have positive things to say..From Dietary, Laundry, Social, Business, Environmental and Nursing, all departments provide great care.
