My father was in Erwin Health Care Center for about two and one half years. He got great care while he was there. But, when he passed away, the center never called me at all. This was a big let down considering the circumstances. He has been gone now for six months and I still have never heard anything from them, no call, no letter, not anything. What a disappointment. My rating is only a one star, but it will not allow me to submit only one star.
