I work at another LTC and Laurelbrook's admissions person is contacting me wanting me to do his job! He has no understanding of state required assessments that must be completed for Medicaid reimbursment. I do not get paid nor do I have the time to teach persons employed by other companies state regulations. The regs are available online, though he should have recieved this basic training when he was given this kind of position.
