I don't know what nursing home the above poster is thinking of but it is certainly not Dove in Collierville, Tn. My mother in law has been there 16 months and she loves it. She is well cared for and has everything she needs. Nothing has been stolen out of her room and the communication is excellent. They called one night to 'tell on her' because she was refusing to take a shower. If she gets a bump or scratch, they call. When they change her medicine, they call. As far as smelling urine, some of our family is there every day and we have never smelled anything. I highly recommend Dove to anyone who is considering a nursing home.

You can't be talking about the right place. Or you are an employee posing as a family member. Dove is disgusting and if you really knew what went on there you'd remove your family member immediately
