My mother in law is in this place because it was the only place that would take her and she needed to be somewhere. She has been on low dose narcotic pain medicine for over two years. Upon being put into Norris she was taken off her pain medicine and is now hurting so badly that her condition is unable to improve. When she complained to the "doctor" about her pain she was accused of drug seeking. This place looks great on the outside, but the care there is sub par. The staff is rude to family; I have never been talked down to like I did there. If I could give this a negative star rating I would.

It seems that your review here is about your mother in law's physician & not so much about the facility. Maybe if your attitude would improve, your relationship with the staff would improve.
