Just nasty… Staff, food, care.. The facility is outdated and bedside manor of some of the Nurse staff is rude and disrespectful.. They need to do some serious updates and evaluation to everything and everyone.. Also, they are really understaffed for night shift. To be honest I really wouldn't give them 1 star maybe a 1/2 star.. Just beware of this facility!!!!

you forgot the roaches and rats. Its sad most of their falls are from residents trying to kill the roaches.. My mom tray had a roach in her food we told the staff and they took the tray and didn't bring her any food in return or an alternative. If i wasn't there i dont think she would have gotten anything to eat that night. Also, they dont fill the water pitchers either so dehydration is another issue.. JUST TERRIBLE
