While in my brother-in-law's room, a young lady came and introduced herself as Kristy (not sure if I spelled it correctly). She was so upbeat and smiling that I didn't think to look at her name badge. I was impressed with her professionalism and willingness to help. He, who is normally very quiet and withdrawn, seemed to come to life when she entered. She first approached him and immediately looked for a connection. He was wearing Clemson at the time. He gave her a high five! If every nurse was as warm as her, I think there would be five stars across the board, at all times!
