Obviously, no one wants to be in a nursing home. However, White Oaks is a clean, well maintained facility with very good staff. My mother has been there for about a month and she is starting to adjust and get socially integrated. It really helps that the staff is personable. Also, the admin staff in admittance and management are very nice, easy to work with, etc. They were helpful in completing the admissions paperwork and preparing for medicaid acceptance in a few months. So far, so good.
