Director and administration are terrible and rude. Patients are took advantage of and seemed to be kept in a zoned out state. They have no emotions. Some of the employees seem to be scared to answer any questions. They will use their eyes and facial expressions to let family know the answers but they are extremely careful. After several hateful conversations with the administrator (?), it is easy to understand the reluctance of employees. The lady scared me. This place is a for profit facility, most patients have medicare/medicaid, and if news reports are correct, making a profit from people with State/Fed insurance is impossible then they have to be making profits from cutting patient care, food, staff, and other essientials.
