This is the cleanest facility that i have EVER been inside of…and there have been quite a few,,,,,staff is always courteous…..residents appear clean, motivated and well cared for….Questions asked are answered promptly and in terms understandable…….There is a wide limit of activities offered to all residents from those that are bedridden to the most active of residents……Beauty…..cooking….crafts and other skills classes offered…..Grounds are immaculate and inside smells of cleanliness and not of urine…..Assistance is readily available from all staff members from smallest pay scale to largest……..wonderful to have found this place for my family member…..thank you so very much MEDFORD NURSING CENTER AND STAFF…….YOUR HELP AND CARE IS SO GRACIOUSLY APPRECIATED…………………..
