Poorly attitude license nursing staff that spends more time sitting around the nursing station than doing hourly rounds or nursing assessments and/or assisting the nursing assistants. Does this facility tolerate license staff that come to work for an check more than work for an check? More times than once that it is the nursing assistants that find the compromise patients and report findings to the nurse. Take a good look at facilities that have frequent staff change.
