Everyone I encountered at the facility were very kind, caring and professional and treated me like "family"! Kudos to your Human Resources Department for hiring such wonderful people. However, the building itself could use a little sprucing up. I had a huge hole in the linoleum in my room (made me stumble a couple of times. A little paint wouldn't hurt either. Also, the nurses/CNA's could use some updated equipment so they could get their vitals quicker, ie: wrist bp machines, digital or face thermometers. Overall, it is a very good facility.
