Poor follow up service. Aides do not seem to grasp their responsibilities. Refusal to accept responsibility for their mistakes. If complaints are lodged the police are called to settle minor disputes. No social work regarding the need for assistance with other agencies. They collect all the paitients assets willingly. It's a good place to die.
