One star is too much, Hearthside is dirty, mis-managed, and very unfriendly. My aunt was on Beaver and the language that i heard was horrifying. I also noticed when I went to help my Aunt eat that trays were sitting in front of people and nobody was feeding them. My aunt never got a shower the aides always said they were too busy and they would just bathe her in bed. The people who run this place should be ashamed of themselves, I would not wish Hearthside on my worst enemy.
