Care by nursing staff is adequate. Watch out for the administration, as they give you the runaround and lie. The administration will not help the families of patients. The food served to the residents is ok at best. If the resident does not like what is served, the alternative is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich served on stale bread. There is little to no understanding of dementia and basically no dementia care where many residents exhibit this type of behavior. Activities for residents are minimal.
