Review of Locust Grove Retirement Village

There company is very unproffessional connie and the receptionist linda are not the kind of employees and respectable human beings that someone would want to be taking care of loved ones. I am in shock that they are in business let alone that this is a facility taking care of elderly people. I would not recommend to have ur family and friends in that type of facility. To call and have general questions and to be hung up on and told in a rude and abrupt manner that they have no information they can give you was also a shock. It could be that manners and courtesy is what i give to everyone and having a good reputation in any company im affilated with is very important, but obviously this company does not feel like that is important. I am disgusted and if anything i want to give people a warning to this company for there in family and not to be a part of a company that is run this way.
