Lebanon Manor Care is poorly run and is definitely run for profit. Evening shift has an insufficient amount of employees to help the residents. Call bells go unanswered for up to 30 minutes. People are even left on bed pans for long periods of time. Evening activities are nonexistent. The food is poor to gross. People are placed in wheels chairs and left to fend for themselves and are sometimes not helped to bed until late hours. Something needs to be done with this place.
