I can honestly say that any of the reviews that give 5 stars must be from a worker at this facility.
The aides that provide the day to day care, of cleaning/helping in the nursing home section have the worse attitudes that I've ever come across. If someone choices to work in this profession, meaning they choose to go to school with the intention of helping an elder in need, they have missed the mark. We come on a daily basis after work, & a few days ago, our family member was completely soaked with urine-why?, because she hadn't been changed since we clothed her that morning! What a disgrace, to leave someone in a chair all day, saturated in urine. Yes, there are pictures to prove this.
The skilled nurses more than make up for their counterparts-Thankfully! They are right on any question/concern that arises, caring & supportive.
Please staff this facility with more caring people.
No complaints with rehab.
