Unfortunately, there is a great deal of staff turnover at this Nursing Home. Quality care becomes a huge issue when the staff continuously changes or they continuely bring in medical staffing from outside nursing staffing agencies that aren't familiar with the residents or the permanent staff. Mistakes are more easily made, resident injuries are more common, and quality care decreases as has been in the case of my relative residing here. Social Services also severely lacks in this facility - sometimes speaking with the Social Services Worker here is like speaking to a wall.
