This place is absolutely a nightmare. The cna's don't give a rats ass about your loved ones. The only thing that they excel in is saving their jobs when they mess up thanks to union involvement. It seems that they can steal and rob from the residents and not have to pay the price. Also residents who need special attention are not looked after. They have been known to walk right out of this so called "care" facility and wander the dangerous streets and again when it is discovered who is at fault no one is disciplined. There are managers but absolutely no management. Lots of inner office fraternization also. One big party! This place needs to be seriously investigated and shut down! None of what I have said here is embellished or misrepresented!
