The worst staff and personnel, I transferred my mother to Rydal Park. Unless you want to die do not go to Elkins Crest. Personnel are rude, they do not answer call bells. My ex-husband was able to get medical information about my mother when he has no right to know. The director of nursing is rude and is two faced. He promised me that my mom would be well taken care of, then I overheard him say I was unrealistic. The only people who were nice were the administration, when I told them I want to transfer my mother- they vowed to provide better care, however, I was sick and tired of their deceit.
