I find this nursing home to be severly understaffed. I complained 3 times within a week about patient neglect. Can't wait to get my loved one out of here!

My aunt has been living there for three years and when I visit her the staff there are always friendly and helpful. We celebrated her birthday there. We brought her favorite pasta dinner and the kitchen staff made her the birthday cake. It was a wonderful day and we were so grateful.
