While at Consulate, my father became severely dehydrated. He fell a few times trying to get up to get water for himself. He ended up hospitalized because of the dehydration. I would think that making sure residents who cannot get around have plenty of fluids available to them would be a priority. The caregivers who are there are kind and really seem to care. The problem seems to be that the facility is severely understaffed.
