This place is not worth a dime but they charge us an arm and a leg and keep raising the fees.. If you care about your loved ones you should continue to search for a place that actually cares and doesn't lie to the residents. Don't try and talk to the directors as they nod their heads that things will get better but forget about anything that was discussed when they walk away. It has been a terrible experience and keeps getting worse. . They can't even invest in a movie subscription because they don't want to spend money. They deny us respect. I wish I never came here.

This place is HELL ON EARTH. Their nursing staff is clueless and mistakes continually occur. THEY RIP YOU OFF AT EVERY TURN. Take a recorder with you for the initial site inspection and when it comes time to talking about the contract, they conveniently forget what they offered. CHECK OUT THE VIOLATIONS AGAINST THEM WITH THE STATE AS IT'S A LONG LIST. It's horror shop where they try to downgrade residents so they can pocket big bucks. Their management team is money oriented and they don't care about families or residents' wishes. RUN IN ANOTHER DIRECTION IF YOU LOVE YOUR PARENTS.
