Nehalem Valley Care Center has taken excellent care of my mother since she entered the facility last year. She had a major stroke and has made amazing improvements over the past year with their therapy department. The staff is warm and helpful. My only complaint is that the building is older but they are remodeling starting in 2013 sometime.
