awful place DON'T GO THERE! What tbey say is not true. They don't have only RNS
They only have 16 people. I was in the hospital and live in Silverton. I wanted
a place close to home. They said they don't like to send people there because it's not nice. Well after going there I see why. It's dirty, old, dingy. The nurses and cnas were nice but not the head lady or nurses director. Oh they so don't have bathrooms in most of the rooms either. The stuff on this website saying tbey have 5 stars for RNS isn't true. And they only ask people who liked it here to fill out how you liked it. Sure 1 or 2 people show a good rating.
Check it but you'll be sorry if you go there. NEVER AGAIN!
