This place is neglecful. Maybe for patients with their mental faculties it isn't so bad, but for my grandmother, a stroke victim with no mobility, this place is hell. Numerous times family members have arrived to visit her to find her soiled or soaked completely through. The place is understaffed, so even if the nurses have been alerted that she needs changing, it takes forever and they are not nice about it. They even try to avoid changing the bedding when it is wet unless a family member insists because it is unsanitary. She has contracted infections in her feeding tube constantly since arriving at this place over a year ago.
