I believe they need a CARING staff not just someone who comes in and gets paid.
I have been in there many times and it smells food is most of the time PITIFUL!!!
The administrators have NOT a clue as to what is going on in the whole facility not to mention even KNOW a resident or two! I believe it would be a much better place if they had CARING employees
