Too much staff turnover, too short-handed, poor quality of food, no respect for resident's privacy or rights, change people's room's and roommate's too often, bug and rodent problem, poor doctor's care, don't match roommate's properly with the needs and likes of the resident's, administration knew of elder on elder sexual abuse yet did not kick the person out, and last but not least, allowed violent resident's to stay until someone was seriously injured and had to go to the e.r.!
